Please add $3 for each 1-3 items for USA shipment, or $5 for
international orders. FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED: (1) Enclose
carefully concealed US cash, rounded to the nearest dollar. For
added security you may use registered and/or insured mail. (2)
Enclose a US Postal Money Order made payable to “Dale R. Gowin” (not
to Luminist Publications). Sorry, we cannot accept personal
