To order online with the PayPal shopping cart using your credit or
debit card
or bank checking account, click on the “add to cart” button for each item
you wish to order. You will be taken to a secure PayPal site to
complete your purchase. Your order will be processed as soon as
payment is received. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery
(although many orders are delivered within one week).

To place a postal mail order, list the items you have selected, along
with your name and shipping address, making sure that all
information is printed legibly. Please make all remittance payable
to our treasurer, Dale R. Gowin (or enclose carefully concealed US
cash rounded to the nearest dollar). Mail your order to

If possible, please
send an email to let us know the order has been mailed.
